Thank you for choosing myAltRego. Please read and agree to the following agreement in its entirety. It is your responsibility, as the DJ, to direct any questions to myAltRego pertaining to this agreement. Please note: Upon you submitting this information, you agree to myAltRego’s rules and policies in this agreement/ This agreement is entered into by and between ______________, herein after referred to as “DJ” and myAltRego, L.L.C., Recitals: myAltRego is in the business of using the website www.myaltrego.com as the next generation music social networking site that is geared towards but not limited to musicians, models, writers, and all those in the music business and interested in the music business. Users of the website are allowed to share their music with other users, as well as post videos, blogs and photos. The website also offers online auctions that allow users to place bids to have different deejays play the users’ music. The website also offers users an mp3 store. Users can sell their music to other users using the mp3 store. As part of a user of myAltRego, access is granted to view the online magazine which previews new musicians as well as featured deejays of myAltRego. Classified ads can be placed on the website to allow users access to studio time, production equipment, etc. The DJ will allocate five time slots per night at given location to myAltRego. These time slots will be given to the highest bidder. The DJ will receive forty (40) percent from the highest bids placed at given location per night. myAltRego will be working closely together with you to ensure that all parties, you the DJ, the highest bidder, the user. and us, myAltRego, are at all times happy with the full procedures of this agreement. myAltRego will use the website www.myaltrego.com to promote the DJ using the calendar and free profile. The DJ also has the potential to be featured in the online magazine on the website. The DJ will gain exposure and be able to create a larger fan base due to the users on the website owned by myAltRego. The DJ agrees to submit his or her calendar of events by the 25th of each month to myAltRego via e-mail or telephone this is to ensure your profile and information are updated for the next month’s calendar events and users are given the most up to date information. We ask you to regularly sign on and keep up to date with your fans. The more you put in to connecting with your fans and potential bids, the more money you will make through this system. Term of Agreement This Agreement commences on the date it is executed and shall continue until full performance by both parties, or until earlier terminated by one party under the terms of this Agreement.
 


 
Confidentiality (a) Confidential Information: : For purposes of this agreement, the term “confidential information” means all information that is not generally known by the public and that: (i) is obtained by the DJ from myAltRego, or that is learned, discovered, developed, conceived, originated, or prepared by him/ her during the process of performing his/her duties, and (ii) relates directly to the business or assets of myAltRego. The term “confidential information” shall include, but shall not be limited to: inventions, discoveries, trade secrets, and know-how; computer software code, designs, routines, algorithms and structures, product information, research and development information; financial data and information business plans and process; and any other information of myAltRego that myAltRego informs DJ, is to be kept confidential. (b) Obligation of Confidentiality : During the term of this Agreement, and at all times thereafter, The DJ agrees that they will not disclose to others, use for his/her own benefit or for the benefit of anyone other than myAltRego, or otherwise appropriate or copy, any confidential Information except as required in the performance of its obligations to myAltRego hereunder. The obligations of DJ under this paragraph shall not apply to any information that becomes public knowledge through no fault of the DJ. Matters related to the design, marketing and implementation of myAltRego are not to be discussed in the presence of unauthorized persons or used for the benefit of the DJ except as allowed by the terms of this agreement. Due to the competitive nature of the industry, it is extremely important that all employees, vendors or independent contractors exercise extreme care in this area and refrain from disseminating any myAltRego information that may be obtained during the performance of this agreement. The information received during the course of this agreement is the private property of myAltRego to which the DJ has no rights. A breach of confidentiality with respect to myAltRego will be considered reason for the immediate termination of this agreement at the sole and unilateral discretion of the customer.
